Can Ugurluer

Can Ugurluer is a Turkish singer born in Istanbul. Can Ugurluer represented Turkey at the Eurovision Song Contest in 1991 together with famous Turkish singers Izel and Reyhan Karaca with the song "Iki Dakika" at the age of 21. The song, composed by Sevket Ugurluer & Aysel Gurel and arranged by Turhan Yukseler, achieved 12th position in Rome. In 1993, soon after Eurovision, he released an album together with Aysel Gurel, in which all the songs were written by Aysel Gurel and composed by Sevket Ugurluer, Metin Ozulku and himself. He worked with Turhan Yukseler as musical director. After completing his Master's degree in England in 1997 he spent a 15-year period working in the pharmaceutical industry in marketing and executive training. During that time he also released the single "Askim Sirrin Olsun". He worked with Nerhan Hepsen, Tansel Doganay and Berkan Kaya on the production of the song. He, nowadays, offers concerts together with his dynamic and experienced orchestra.
