Christin Tellefsen

Christin Tellefsen is a leading expert in headhunting, assessing people and human behavior futurology. She has for the last 13 years been the Managing Director and senior partner of a successful international headhunting company (ESR). Christin has personally been involved in more than 3500 recruitments of specialists and managers and has by a leading business magazine been ranked as one of the top five female headhunters in the field. Next to headhunting Christin works for her larger clients with human behavior futurology, with focus on predicting future performance of key employees. In 2012, she completed the extensive 17 year (1995 -2012) human predictability and behavior project; "Can People Change?". The project resulted in creation of CPI (Corporate People Intelligence); a long term forecasting model for individual and organizational behavior. Before building up ESR in Scandinavia and USA, she worked for the world's largest retained executive search firm Korn Ferry International. Prior to entering the field of recruitment she co-founded a newspaper covering the job market for people seeking employment, with emphasis on forecasting future trends in the various growth sectors of the economy. Christin is the author of several books on recruitment as well as the human behavior trilogy inspired by Carl Jung's teachings, based on the LIFE ideology as well as the co-creator of the Jung based Hollywood docudrama on childhood conditioning; " Living the Dream". She conducted her undergraduate studies in Psychology at California Lutheran University. Professional affiliations includes the non-profit organization " Fighting poverty through education", where she is a frequent speaker on the subject of human behavior.
