Jenny Gilbertson

Jenny Gilbertson (born Jenny Brown) was a Scottish documentary and educational filmmaker. She studied at Laurel Bank School and Glasgow University. Jenny Brown wrote, directed, produced, filmed, and edited several short and feature-length documentaries about the Shetland region of Scotland before marrying Shetlander farmer Johnny Gilbertson. After returning to filmmaking several decades later, Gilbertson made several more films about the Artic region of Canada.
