John Calvin Byrd

John Calvin Byrd III, founder of Byrd Publicity, is a seasoned Los Angeles publicist. Gaining experience at several companies including, 20th Television, Fox Searchlight, Paramount Domestic Television, Rodney Jerkins' Music Mogul, 828 Entertainment and Pepperdine University, Byrd fine tuned his ability to reach targeted demographics using various mediums. In late 2009, Byrd founded the Sickly Cat Network in an attempt to distribute organic content that is free of poisonous corporate and political influence. He hired 20 writers from across the nation covering topics from politics and entertainment to health and relationships. He features four podcast on his network, one of which he hosts.
