Aleksandra Surchadzhieva was born in Sofia, Bulgaria. She began to work in youth music show "Melo TV Mania" on Bulgarian National Television. She graduated in "acting" at National Academy for Theatre and Film Art, Sofia, Bulgaria in 2006 in the class of Professor Zdravko Mitkov. On September 1, 2006 she was appointed to the state of Bulgarian Army's Theater. She has played in various plays as such: "Shears - killer", "The trial of Don Juan," "The Seagull" and others. She has participated in several movies. For the film "Seamstresses" she was nominated for the Best Actress Award. Her mother is the actress Pepa Nikolova and her father is the actor Iossif Surchadzhiev.
