Constantin Lipovan is a Romanian film actor.He was born on May 22, 1934 in Bucuresti, Romania .He graduated from Institute of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography in 1957. In 1958, he plays first role in the movie Dincolo de brazi. Known for films : The forest of the hanged (1965),Cine va deschide usa? (1967) and Strainul (1964).
