Christine Sloane is an American actress known for Apart, Together (2021), Lovely (2019), and Runnin' From My Roots (2018). She is the recipient of the Mercury Award as producer, and received The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts Award of Excellence for her work on Sam Shepard's Angel City. Her stage performance in The Laramie Project: Ten Years Later was honored as a Los Angeles Times Critic's Choice pick and Ovation Award nominated. Classically trained, Christine has studied with Joseph Papp, John Neville, and Roger Rees. Originally from Seattle, WA, Christine received her B.A. in Communication and Theatre Arts with an emphasis in Acting and Directing from The University of Puget Sound. She earned her M.F.A. in Acting from The Asolo Conservatory at Florida State University. She has been married to Robert Schlief since 1994.
