Born in 1957 in Belgrade. Received his bachelor and master's degrees at the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade. Received his doctoral degree in Paris, at the Sorbonne, on the subject of "France and the Creation of Parliamentary Democracy in Serbia 1830-1914". Assistant professor at Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade. Advisor to the Serbian Orthodox Church on the issue of Kosovo and Metohija. President of the Homeland Wing of the Council for Democratic Changes in Serbia. Since 2001 appointed ambassador of FR Yugoslavia in the Republic of Greece. As a historian, he devoted himself to the history of Serbia in the Balkans in the 19th and 20th centuries; Balkan geopolitics; transition in the Balkans and Serbian-Albanian relations, especially in Kosovo and Metohija.
