Susheel Jangira

Susheel Jangira is an Indian Anchor, Actor, Writer and Director. She is based in Mumbai. she is a recipient of DADASAHEB PHALKE AWARD and a Best Woman Director at Accolade Global Film Competition USA 2018 & LIONS GOLD AWARD for Debutant Write-Director for her short film Meri Rockstar Wali Jeans. (Rocking My Rockstar Jeans) . She has been the face of India's leading glamour and entertainment television channel -Zoom TV as an Anchor. She is the recipient of "LION'S Most Ravishing Anchor" Award. She was also felicitated with Voice Raiser Award at HAQ CHAHIYE MOVEMENT, Mumbai 2018 on International Women's Day. She has been on prestigious TV Channels like Zoom, Colors, ESPN, Star Sports, Zee Zing for shows like-Ring A Star, Planet Bollywood, T10 Gully Cricket, National Racing Championship, National Karting Championship & Khatron Ke Khiladi (Fear Factor). She has appeared in Music Videos - Beach Café, Ab Ke Sajan Sawan Mein & Khizaa Ke Phool. Susheel Jangira was born in Gurgaon (Haryana) in a Hindu Brahmin family and brought up in an Army household, which enabled her to traverse the length and breadth of the country, while studying in various Kendriya Vidyalayas in different states in India. Since early childhood Jangira started penning Poems, Articles and shorts Stories as a hobby. She is considered a natural and thought provoking writer. She has made a short film Meri Rockstar Wali Jeans (Rocking My Rockstar Jeans) as a writer director which received several International Awards including 1.
