John P. Wheatley

John P. Wheatley is 3-time award winning Film & TV Director, Producer and Consultant from the US Virgin Islands. His career in the entertainment business started in 2001 at The Major Broadcasting Cable Network where he conceptualized and produced on-air television campaigns for the creative services department. In 2004, Wheatley signed on as the Executive In Charge of Production at The Black Family under hollywood icon Robert Townsend where he was responsible for the development and delivery of original programming. After 3 successful years at The Black Family Channel, John launched Dominion Global, a boutique entertainment and consulting firm that provides high quality media solutions for networks and corporate businesses. Wheatley executive produced the number one selling Carnival DVD in the Virgin Islands and was also the creator and founder of the most successful comedy festival in the Virgin Islands, Laughter In Paradise. John resides in Atlanta, GA and holds a degree in film production from Full Sail University and is a graduate of Barney Fletcher Real Estate School and Bethel School of Ministry.
