Andy Ashcraft

Andy Ashcraft is a freelance game designer and founder of the game design company called Giantsdance Games. He has been in the video-game industry since 1995, with his first game design position at the Los Angeles-based development studio Viridis. He has shipped a wide variety of projects including: Activision's 'Muppet Treasure Island' (on CD-ROM) as a design consultant, 7th Level's 'Return to Krondor' (published by Sierra) as designer and producer, Visual Concepts' 'The Floigan Bros.' (Dreamcast) as designer and producer, SCEA's 'Warhawk' and 'God of War 2' as a game designer, the Nintendo DS game 'Lock's Quest' and Wii game 'World of Zoo' for THQ as a creative manager, and 'Pixar's Cars 2 Appmates' - a groundbreaking iPad title as a freelance lead designer. He lives in Los Angeles with his very funny wife, Jackie Kashian, and his iguana, Tiberius Drackus.
