Dena Rivera

Dena Rivera has an expansive and rich history of achievements in the entertainment industry. She has a passion for images that tell a story and is a hands-on director, taking an active role in writing, participating in edits and most major aspects of her film. Dena's short, Vigilante premiered in Atlanta in the fall of 2015 and has shown at several festivals, winning the "Audience Choice Award." Her screenplay, "Breaking News", the true story of the incredible life and death siege that rocked the urban community of Decatur near Atlanta. She is an accomplished writer with a growing library of original screenplays -- television, shorts and features, as well as a novel soon to be adapted for screen.
