Dewayne Luckett

Raised in the mean streets of Oakland, Dewayne's family moved to Seattle in the mid 70s. Once in High School, He found out that a friend's mother was a Casting Agent. Dewayne appeared in local commercials and as an extra in titles like HBO's "Third Degree Burn", NBC's "The Deliberate Stranger" Martha Coolidge's "Plain Clothes", Beau Bridges "Seven Hours to Judgment", and Keith Gordon's "The Chocolate War". His big break came in 1990 when his talent was spotted by a producer as an extra in Nancy Sovoca's "Dog Fight". He was upgraded to a featured extra role with dialogue. After script revisions and conflicting schedules collided, Dewayne was cut from the film, and gave up on acting.
