Mine Tugay was born in Konya. In 2002 graduated from Istanbul University State Conservatory-Theater Department. She received her Master Degree (Advanced Acting) in 2005 from Bahçesehir University. Her professional debut as an actress was a theatre play with Masal Gerçek Theater. From 2002 on she performed with the Semaver Kumpanya Theater in theater plays such as "Mem u Zin","Simurg /Kuslar Meclisi","Onikinci Gece". After that performed with the Theater Dot in the plays,"Çok Uzak", "Karatavuk", "Vur/Yagmala/Yeniden". Mine Tugay received the " Most Successful Actress" and "Best Actress" awards in Afife Jale Awards Theatre Awards and 8.Lions Theatre Awards respectively with her role as Una in the theatre play named "Karatavuk". Mine Tugay also starred in the short films "10,9,8" ,"Yoldaki Kedi","Felix und Scorpion" and got the award of "Best Actress" in the Sinepark Short Film Festival with her performance in the short film "Yoldaki Kedi" On the silver screen, she starred in the tv series "Aliye" as Defne, in "Benden Baba Olmaz" as Sevil, In the Tv series "Behzat Ç." as Suna Komiser, in "Oyle Bir Geçer zaman ki" as Bahar, in "Medcezir " as Ender and in "Paramparça" she played the character called Asuman.
