Nial Fulton is a Walkley and AACTA award winning producer and co-founder of In Films, an independent production company based in Sydney, Los Angeles and Belfast. He has produced films for some of Australia's leading production companies and has delivered content to a wide range of broadcasters, including BBC, Channel 4, ABC, RTE, National Geographic, Discovery, ARTE, France 5, SBS, Nine and Ten. In its first year of operation, In Films produced the television drama "The Outlaw Michael Howe" for ABC and a four-part documentary series "Borderland," the first original content commission for US network Al Jazeera America. In 2015, In Films produced 'Hitting Home' for ABC. The series was presented by acclaimed journalist Sarah Ferguson and shone a light on domestic violence in Australia. In 2016, Hitting Home won the prestigious Walkley Documentary Award, the AACTA for Best Documentary and the Amnesty International Television Award. The series won and was nominated for a raft of other production and craft awards. In 2017, Nial was executive producer on the two-time Walkley nominated series The Queen & Zak Grieve. Produced for The Australian and Foxtel, the series forced the Northern Territory administration to reexamine mandatory sentencing legislation. In Films was nominated for 2016 Screen Producers Australia Breakout Business of the Year award.
