Born in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic the 21st of August, 1987. His mother, Rosanna Reynoso Capellan, named him Fernando Arturo in honor to past members of the family. Although, that name didn't last for long, his name was changed three days after his birth. His family moved to Santo Domingo City, capital of the Dominican Republic, in 1990. In 1991, He started studying in the Catholic European/Spanish school, Colegio San Judas Tadeo, where he completed Elementary School and High School. Since he was very young, he started to participate in activities from the media, things such as TV commercials, roles in theater, participation in children TV programs, etc. Also, other things like the school chorus, took classes of guitar and piano and participated in some dance sequence for his school carnivals. His interest towards the Japanese Culture grew unexpectedly in 2001, when he decided to initiate his studies of Japanese Language in the Dominican-Japanese Institute. He felt attached to all the things related to Japan, such as the animation and its culture, but most importantly, the Japanese Rock Music. On 2002 he started to feel passion for the Model United Nations project in his country organized by the United Nations Association of the Dominican Republic (UNA-DR); he also participated internationally (mainly in New York City, Washington and Paris) in conferences and Model U.N.s representing his school and his country. Due to his performance in the art of negotiation and diplomacy, he was chosen to become part of the personnel of the UNA-DR a year after, which Dr. Leonel Fernandez ~actual President of the Dominican Republic~ was the President of it. In 2004, he decided to focus more in the Art Performances, giving himself the chance to try new things out. He started to act in the films of international movies such as "The Feast of the Goat" and many others. A year after that, he decided to stop all media activities and to wait to pursue this goal after he end his career (Communication Sciences in the Centro Andaluz for Enterprises Studies, degree given by the Univerity of Wales) in Seville, Spain. Before leaving his country, he started to work directly with the United Nations Association of the Dominican Republic (UNA-DR) and the Global Foundation for Democracy and Development (GFDD) in Santo Domingo, New York and Washington.
