Diana Olsson

Diana' was born an only child to an English Mother a homemaker and a Swedish Father who was a Newspaper Photographer and had worked in Egypt & Europe during the 2nd world war. She sailed to New York at age 17- 18, she did theatre, had a small part in a couple of films & was a model. She married at 18 to Frank & made New York home for some years. Her daughter Caroline was born in New York on Diana's birthday. Diana eventually decided to return home to England where she gave birth to her son Christopher. She worked in the Tea department at Harrods for a short while, but her passion was always the the stage. Diana was at R.A.D.A. with Elisabeth Taylor... She said Elisabeth had the most beautiful violet eyes. In her career she had worked with Charlton Heston, Christopher Lee, Perter Cushing to name a few..... Played the Assistant on BBC Radio in Mrs Dales Diaries July 1960.
