After living and working in London in the mid 90's, Chloe returned to study an Advanced Diploma in Acting at Adelaide College of Arts. On completion, theatre, film and TV roles came her way before she was awarded a Helpmann grant to study in New York City at the Stella Adler Studio. On her return, she accepted small parts in TV shows such as McLeod's Daughter's, City Homicide and later Packed to the Rafters. During this time, Chloe was also performing for the city of Port Phillip in a drug awareness performance in St.Kilda and writing her first screenplay, which was then developed into a short film, "Snapshots". This film went on to win the "International Achievement Award" at the SoCal Film Festival (USA), now known as the Huntington Beach Film Festival Working on small film projects as production manager/producer and teaching drama in Sydney is when the idea of a film school for kids came to light. Chloe completed a Certificate IV in Small Business and immediately launched Kids Camera Action in 2010. "Super Sounds" was another extremely successful and award winning short film (screened at over 50 festivals) that Chloe produced in 2014, all the while still expanding the film school and developing the Adelaide Kids Film Festival. 2016 saw the Kids Festival re-brand into the Adelaide International Youth Film Festival (AIYFF) after securing investment and sponsorship from YOLO Entertainment and Event Cinemas. Chloe has completed her MBA with Torrens University that will see her move into business development with Beyond Content AU. The Short Film Worx Initiative was established in 2017 as part of the AIYFF where Chloe was the Executive producer of three short films. The AIYFF amalgamated with the Adelaide Film Festival in 2020.
