Timothy Burke

Timothy Burke is a veteran actor of the stage and screen. Born in Hartford, Connecticut and raised in West Hartford, he developed a desire for acting at the age of twelve, appearing in various stage productions in the area. Later, he received a scholarship to attend the National Theater Institute of the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center in Waterford, Connecticut. He was taught by some of the finest acting teachers in the world, including Morris Carnovsky (Group Theater), Rudi Shelly (Bristol Old Vic), Dennis Scott (Yale) and others. After completion, he moved to Chicago and continued his studies at the famed Piven Theater Workshop, while appearing in many stage productions. Lately he has appeared more in films such as the critically acclaimed "Cast In Gray" for which he won the Best Actor award from the Midwest Independent Film Festival. He presently resides in New England.
