A native of Tewksbury, Massachusetts, and graduate of UMass Lowell, Lloyd spent eight years traveling the world as a Captain with the United States Air Force Security Forces and a Special Agent with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations. In 1995, he separated from active duty and moved to Orlando, Florida where he embarked on an acting career, appearing in televisions shows such as "seaQuest 2032" and "Second Noah" and the films "Tarzan: The Epic Adventures" and the Jodie Foster film "Contact." He received rave reviews for his on stage performances at the Walt Disney Institute as Colonel Nathan Jessep in "A Few Good Men" and as Stephen Hopkins in a production of "1776." During this period, Lloyd also worked for Disney World doing what he describes as "building really cool things." Lloyd is the author of five novels including four in the Ronan Marino Mystery Series; "Two Redheads & a Dead Blonde," "Chasing Curves," "The Vicious Cycle" and "The Comic Con." His fifth novel is "Three Chords & The Truth," a story of time travel, rock n' roll and redemption. Lloyd is partnered with Walter Von Huene's Resurgence Films working at adapting his book and other stories into films and television series. He is an avid martial artist and holds a fifth degree black belt in Okinawan Seidokan Karate. He resides in Southern New Hampshire.
