Jonathan Mariande

Jonathan Mariande began his career as an intern at Double Feature Films in Beverly Hills California. He attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington studying the film business under Frank Capra Jr. and acting under Peter Jurasik. He graduated with Honors in Cinematography and Documentary film making. On "One Tree Hill" and during run with the show, he shot and edited for the internet; Promo Videos, Behind the Scenes segments and Directors Commentary Podcasts direct to web in his role as the head of the New Media online marketing branch of the show, on location in Wilmington North Carolina. In 2008, he co-created a General Partnership with John Kearns Jr. in Los Angeles California. They produced independent short films, micro features, commercial and music videos as well as providing grip and lighting services to productions. In 2015 he formed Cahuenga Pictures with Patrick McEveety and Devin Atwood. In 2016 he co-created Ice Tent Pictures a production company with co-creator Mohamed Mohsen.
