Alice Dale is an English Presenter, Journalist and Voice-over Artist, born on 2nd June 1995. Her career started in the performing arts, where she trained with Songtime Theatre Arts and Italia Conti weekend school in Surrey. She then went on to push her passion for singing and music, appearing on festival stages across the UK, releasing an E.P in 2018 and appearing in Heart of Nowhere, a music video for Noah and The Whale. She was also a music reviewer for a project by Sony Music UK called 'Sony Young Voices'. Following two degrees at Nottingham Trent University studying Broadcast Journalism and Documentary Journalism, she started reporting as a Journalist and producing programming for BBC Radio Nottingham and Gem 106, winning an award for 'Best Video Package Of The Year' by ITV Central News Editor, Gary Newby. In addition to her role in radio, Alice began to develop a career in voice acting which she continues to do to the present. After working between BBC Radio Leicester and BBC Radio Nottingham, Alice moved back to London to push her presenting work. In 2021, Alice was shortlisted by Radio 1 to present over the Christmas period as part of their Christmas Presenter Search. She was then asked back to present Radio 1's Friday Early breakfast in June 2022 as well as being offered a show on BBC Radio London, where she presents their evening show The Scene every Monday from 8-10pm, spotlighting new talent via BBC Upload.
