Steph, who speaks four languages, began his career in the nineties as a young pop star in Quebec. He has sold over 500,000 records earning him a Juno nomination for Best Male Vocalist. In 1999 he successfully entered the mainstream Canadian market when he donated a song for the Special Olympics on an album entitled "Holiday Heroes." Featuring artists like Alan Jackson, Donna Summer, Brooks & Dunn and Kevin Bacon, Steph's song led off the album, which went Gold and raised over $2 millions of net profit for The Canadian Special Olympics. In 2004 received a 5-star review from The Las Vegas Sun for his 36 shows at The Stardust Casino In 2005 Steph donated the self-penned title track, "Reach Out" to the American Red Cross in September, just 3 days before the Hurricane Katrina disaster. The Red Cross fell in love with the song, named it the Official Thank You Song of the American Red Cross and will now use it in a national campaign to thank volunteers & donors. The DVD Reach Out is a journey through his music, endlessely creative mind and charismatic charm. An hour long special filmed in Kauai, Las Vegas, the Bahamas and Orlando, the "Reach Out" DVD has won 5 awards from The Florida Motion Picture and Television Association. These Crystal Reel Awards were in the categories for Best Feature Film in a television Program, Best Male Vocalist in a Feature film, Best Director in a Music Video, Best Male Vocalist in a Music Video and Best Composer for the song Reach Out. Steph's collaborators on the Reach Out project are 16-time Grammy winner Eric Schilling, two-time Grammy and Emmy winner Joe Hogue, Chuck Howard (more than 98 Gold records, including "How Do I Live" by LeAnn Rimes') and Canadian hit makers Gilles Godard, In 2010 Steph's original song "No More Masquerade" (which he wrote) has reached the No #1 Position on the Top Selling Chart in Turkey, and has remained in the Top 5 for over 8 months.
