James Duncan Rhine

James Rhine is known for his onscreen comedic timing and his off-screen work ethic and creativity. He is versatile in his filmmaking abilities as he has written the script for his first independent film, Nuevo Ninja, in which he also directed, edited, and wrote some of the film score. James grew up in the city of Canyon Lake, CA, USA. His mother is a teacher and his father was an commercial A/C technician. He was raised as an evangelical Christian and was required to go to church until he turned 18. He was home-schooled for his first few years of elementary and, after two years in a public elementary school, went to Riverside Christian Schools in Riverside, CA until he was a junior in high school. He finished out his last two years of high school at Paloma Valley High School in Menifee, CA. It was at Paloma that he found his love of acting when he was cast in the Shakespearean play, The Taming of the Shrew, as Petruchio, the lead male character. He was cast in every play he was eligible for until his graduation. Within 14 months, he was inducted into the International Thespian Society as an Thespian with honors. He also was a Top 10 finalist for the high school Californian Shakespeare Competition in 2001. James is now finishing post-production for his film, Nuevo Ninja.
