Anthony Rolfes began his film career at age 18 in United States Army earning his degree from the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare School, in Psychological Operations, Anthony was trained in the art of multimedia production and distribution for use in nation building initiatives in Central and South America. After four years of service, Anthony returned home to attend St. Louis University, where he studied History and International Relations. His education brought him abroad to Madrid, Spain where he first found his voice writing and directing several short plays, in both English and Spanish. After graduating college in 2000, Anthony moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in film making. His first job was with Lennox and Lester Paris of Suburban Entertainment, adapting the inspiring book "Gifted Hands", the story of world renowned surgeon Dr. Benjamin Carson. His success at Suburban Entertainment led to his employment as Creative Director for Load TV and Vertical Entertainment writing, producing and directing numerous segments for television and internet broadcast. Anthony was then hired by Mandalay Pictures to serve as a Creative Consultant for Peter Guber and Peter Bart's book "Shoot Out: Surviving Fame and (Mis)fortune in Hollywood," the foundation for AMC's popular talk show of the same name. In 2009, Anthony wrote and directed his first independent feature entitled "The Sinners" starring Robert Mianno and Scott Schwartz. Presently, Mr. Rolfes's company Standpoint Entertainment is partnered with Instant Gratification Entertainment in developing numerous projects for film and television.
