Esteban Bigliardi

"In cinema, the great challenge is to be aware that there is the camera and, at the same time, to forget it in order to generate truth." Esteban Bigliardi has a life taken straight out of a movie. Since he was a child he cultivated a strong passion for the arts but when it came to choose a career he opted for Law. He went through his university years, graduated as a lawyer, worked in a firm and corporate activities, he says he did many different things without defining what he really wanted to do. At the age of thirty he started acting workshops and put together a theater company with friends and colleagues, committing his life completely to acting, as a result of which they began to be called for films. Bigliardi's filmography is characterized by authorial and independent pieces, built from a deep artistic and identity commitment. His debut was with "Todos mienten" (2001) by Matías Piñeiro, he is one of the main actors in Rodrigo Moreno's work, having starred in "Un mundo misterioso" (2011), "Reimon" (2014) and "Los delincuentes" (2023) and played Javier Methol in "La sociedad de la nieve" (2023), directed by J.A. Bayona. He has also participated in series such as "María Marta: El crimen del country" (2022) and "Manual de supervivencia" (2020), a Star+ production for which he won the Silver Condor for Best Actor in a Series.
