Born in Detroit, Michigan, Charisse attended Ferris State University where she earned her B.S. in Television Production. Shortly after completing an internship in post production, she moved to Los Angeles and began working in TV from the ground up. With an eye for a good story, and experience researching, field producing, writing, story producing and story editing, Charisse's specialty quickly became finding great characters with amazing stories.
