Andrea Muller began her career as a dancer in Chicago and branched out into TV and films as a dancer, choreographer, actress, producer, and director between 1963 and 1993. Chicago's Channel 7 TV (ABC) selected her to choreograph and appear on the first syndicated country/pop crossover show, American Swingaround, where she worked with country greats such as Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Roger Miller, Wanda Jackson, and Glen Campbell. After moving to Los Angeles, she produced a string of successful stage shows for L.A., Las Vegas, Reno, Lake Tahoe, Hilton Head, Acapulco, and Japan, including the first Vegas show based on "breakdancing" and the hip-hop culture. It was a phenomenon that led to much more work; she choreographed a Top 10 music video, appeared in films, did a bit of directing, and worked steadily doing background choreography in films with stars such as Whoopi Goldberg, Sam Elliot, Mexican star Maria Victoria, and Charles Bronson. Andrea continued to produce for musical theater and teach until her retirement in the 2004.
