Iván Serra

Born in Tarragona and trained at ENAM (Mediterranian Audiovisual Narrative School), he has worked as a screenwriter for feature films, monologues and video games for several national and international production companies. Special Mention from Madrid Pitchbox, by Filmarket Hub, for his script 'Paparazzi'. Author of two chapters of the TV show 'Casting' (Life&Pictures). Winner of the first prize in the XXIII International Short Film Script Contest of the University of La Laguna (2017) with his work 'The Bank Loan', a short film currently in distribution. Since 2013 he has combined his work as a screenwriter with that of a script teacher at the Reus Film School (ECIR). In 2017 he founded the production company ECIR Films together with producer Daniel Villanueva.
