Alfio Sorbello is an Italian actor born in Catania, Sicily. After training in theater with the famous actor Turi Ferro, in 2002 he moved to the United States where he continued his training at All Actor Studio in Los Angeles and New York. In 2007 he debuted in the film "Baaria", by Oscar winning director Giuseppe Tornatore, that won him a nomination at David di Donatello Awards for best supporting actor. After that, he worked on "You're afraid of the dark" by Massimo Coppola, "The school is over", by Jalongo and the series "Squadra antimafia", "Solo", "The mafia only kills in the summer" and "I delitti del barlume".
