Deborah Serani

Dr. Deborah Serani is a go-to media expert on psychological issues, with interviews at ABC News, The Associated Press, The Chicago Tribune, CNN, The Daily Beast, Newsday, The New York Times and radio station programs at CBS and NPR, just to name a few. Dr. Serani is an award-winning author of several nonfiction books, and is a columnist for Psychology Today. She has also worked as a technical advisor for the NBC television show Law & Order: Special Victims Unit - where the recurring character, Judge D. Serani, was named after her. Her debut psychological suspense novel, "The Ninth Session," arrives Summer 2019.
