Blesst Bowden was born November 9,1997 in Beverly Hills, California. She is of African-American and Cuban decent. Blesst grew up in San Pedro, Ca with her parents and four older sisters. She began dancing at Debbie Allen Dance Academy at age 4 and began acting professionally only one year later. In 2006, Blesst was introduced to the television series world when she was cast as Lisa in Lucky Louie, written by and starring Louie C.K. Soon after, she lent her voice to the video game Bioshock. In 2010, she played the role of Suzy in the production of a musical entitled Lost Lady with a Violin for the Festival of New American Musicals. The next year, she voiced the role of Violet, a member of the classic Peanuts gang, in Happiness is a Warm Blanket, Charlie Brown.
