Born in Newport Rhode Island in 1968, Michael has lived in South Florida since 1978 and began acting in 2006. His first role was the lead in a student film produced by the University of Miami "Every Penny Counts". That same year, he was also featured in the Golden West Films production "Stoned Dead" and held a supporting role in the Genesis Productions film "Lucky Number 21" which one three awards at the first annual Project Twenty1 Film Festival. He's continued working in the industry locally, including his leading role performances in the independent films "Welcome To My Life" and "God's Gift - Devil's Curse" by JYoung Films Inc. In 2008 he founded the South Florida Independent Film Cooperative as a networking platform for local film makers, and in 2009 (along with members of S.F.I.F.C.) he wrote, co-produced, directed and starred in the short film "Hate Crime." He continues to work with student film makers and is also developing a supernatural themed series and a feature length script of his 2009 short film "Hate Crime."
