Jenny Ayres

Jenny grew up in the Hertfordshire village of Knebworth, before moving to London where she attended The Central School of Speech and Drama and later The London International School of Performing Arts, where she specialised in Physical Theatre. Her TV debut came with a guest appearance in My Hero (2003)_qv, alongside a busy national touring theatre schedule. Jenny began writing for the stage in 2005, after being invited to attend The Royal Court Young Writers programme on the strength of her work. In 2005 she won The Lost Theatre's One Act Theatre Award for her one woman theatre show 'the fourth photo', which she wrote, directed and performed.
