Kudakwashe Maradzika

Passionate about where story and business meet, Kudi is a Zimbabwean-born multi-award-winning development executive, executive producer and for television, feature films, animation and short form content. She has worked with major South African broadcasters, global media networks and SVOD partners. A 2016 Standard Bank Rising Star Award semi-finalist as well as a nominee for the 2019 Zimbabwe Achiever's Award Nominee for 'Best Media Production Practitioner', Kudi is also a scriptwriter whose feature film script was a shortlist for the 2018 Sundance Feature Film Writer's Lab. She is an avid writer and her work has been featured in publications such as ELLE magazine, Colors Magazine Italy, Mail & Guardian online and W24 online. Notable scripted productions she has produced include the SAFTA winning and nominated shows Ses'Top La, Isono and Black Tax. Kudi has also garnered an African Film Academy Award nomination, an Africa Magic Viewer's Choice Award for Best Television Series and Drama, as well as two Promax Gold awards. Kudi is a part-time creative consultant working through her production company Lincoln Green Media. Her dream is to tell compelling African stories to the world.
