Alejandro Sugich

Alejandro Sugich / CEO Sula Entertainment: Producer, Director, Screenwriter and 360/Virtual reality/Augmented reality conceptual artist. He has a major in Economics with a specialization in Finance. He was a NYFA alumni, where he studied the Directing and Cinematography program, later he studied the Microbudget film production program at UCLA. Alejandro founded the film production company Sulafilms in 2008, the film and VR distribution company Neverlanding Pictures in 2014 and the same year he co-founded Sumo Studio, a 360 and Virtual Reality production company based in Venice, California. Among his national recognitions and awards he has 3 nominations for the Mexican Academy of Arts award (Ariel), 8 nominations for the Mexican Press Association award (Diosa de plata) and 3 nominations for the Mexican Chamber of Cinematography award (Luminous). His productions have been selected by important film festivals such as Cannes Short Corner, Ventana Sur, Morbido and Morelia and have won in Guanajuato Film Festival, Oaxaca Film Festival and VRMX.
