Carlos Kasuski was born in Mexico City. He moved to Poland, in 1997, to study film direction at the Film and TV Faculty of the Silesian University, in the city of Katowice. After graduation he worked as a director's assistant and editor. He also made several documentary short films. He returned to Mexico, in 2012, where he is preparing his next feature films.
