Charles Randall

Charles Randall was born January 13, 1983 in Northridge, California, and he has spent all of his twenty-three years living in Southern California. His interest in film truly blossomed in high school where he made countless "video projects" for his various classes. These projects soon became a chance for Charles to write and direct, albeit his classmates, in short films. This experience led him to film school at California State University Northridge. While at CSUN he has been pursuing a degree in film with an emphasis on writing. Charles enjoys writing character-based stories. He is extremely interested in human behavior, which is evident in his writing; where he likes to place characters into interesting or difficult situations and then try to figure out how they would get out. To date, he has completed one feature length script and is currently putting the finishing touches on a second. "Dinner With Cupid" was the young directors debut and he has been pleased by its success. He continues to write and is working on another short film to be shot in the winter of 2007.
