Inspired by the fall of the Berlin Wall, Kirsten Patches, started singing songs to protest the Gulf War in 1990 with her punk hardcore band, Naked Aggression, and has been railing against imperialism ever since. Kirsten has been featured in the documentary film, The Decline of Western Civilization, Part III, Punks Not Dead, and From the Back of the Room. Kirsten has dedicated her life to teaching special education in Los Angeles in critical teacher shortage schools.
