Aaron is a natural talent on screen and has recently presented 'Taste Off' for Discovery International and the spin off of the hugely popular BBC2 show 'Great British Bake Off' called 'Junior Bake Off', which was shown on CBBC and BBC1. His other credits include 'Pet School' for CBBC and 'Aaron Craze's Rude Boy Food' which was shown on the Good Food Channel in the UK and in a number of other territories around the world including the Asian Food Channel. He is also a regular on Jamie's Youtube channel 'Food Tube'. Aaron left school with no formal qualifications. He flitted from job to job before settling down with his partner Nicci and having their first child, Leah. He then decided it was time to get a proper job and, after seeing 'Jamie's Kitchen', he applied for the course. He joined Fifteen in 2002 and the Fifteen Chef Training Programme really developed his passion for food. He graduated with merit in 2004 and has since worked at The Ivy and also in the kitchen at Fifteen working his way up from trainee to Chef de Partie. Aaron then went on to win the Channel 4 series 'Jamie's Chef' in 2007 and took over The Cock Inn, Braintree, transforming it from a country pub into a vibrant Italian inspired pub and restaurant. He has gone on to feature in a variety of magazines from Good Food to More, as well as receiving great reviews in the Sunday Times Magazine and the Sunday Telegraph. Aaron's first book 'Aaron Cooks Italian' was published by Mitchell Beazley in June 2008. Aaron is a huge music lover and when he isn't in the kitchen, he spends his time playing the guitar and saxophone with friends and listening to his idol Bob Marley.
