Lieke Pijnappels

Since graduating from the Toneelschool&Kleinkunstacademie in Amsterdam (The Amsterdam School for Drama and Contemporary Music Theatre), Lieke played in numerous and varied productions. As an actress who can also dance and sing, her career started in the theatre, where she performed in lots of productions and well-know plays, including the hit musical 'Hair' and the show 'How do I survive my first kiss?', based on the famous children's book by Holland's 'JK Rowling' Francine Oomen. This show got nominated for a "Gouden Krekel" (an award voted for by the public). She also played an amazing leading role in 'the Bacchanten', a play written by Euripides, a Greek tragedy. On television, Lieke started at 'Koppensnellers' (Hollands version of Saturday Night Live) where she was the impersonation of Esmee Denters (the Youtube hit wonder, signed by Justin Timberlake). Her performance got millions of hits on Esmee's website. She also played in the action TV series 'Spoorloos Verdwenen' (Missing without a trace) and Flikken Maastricht (a series like CSI). With friends she made the TV series 'de Meisjes van Thijs' (the Girls of Thijs), which was sold to Comedy Central. This season a new TV series is launched, called "Divorce". Not only is Lieke a very versatile actress, she looks multiracial and has therefore a wide range of opportunities. Lieke is a well demanded voice-over. Her voice is used in numerous games, TV and radio commercials.
