Six months after moving to Los Angeles in 2004 He landed a position working for one of Hollywood's well-established talent agencies that specialized in Latino talent The Carlos Alvarado Agency. known now as Alvarado Rey Agency This agency represented numerous Latino actors and television personalities such as, Anthony Quinn along with Various Telenovela Stars .Vincent developed and was head of the Print, Voice Over & Hosting Divisions. After departing from the agency Vincent opened his very own full-service talent agency specializing in ethnic talent. The Bella Pearl Agency. B.P.A. representing talent in areas of Acting , Voice Over ,Music , Theater ,Models as well as writers, comedians and Production Companies. Vincent is a 4th-generation Latino fluent in Spanish He has been a performer since the age of seven and can play five instruments. In addition to his wide-range of professional development, he has earned a B.A. in Theater /Television/ Film and Culinary Arts He has used his extensive casting contacts and expertise in the entertainment industry to help build his successful talent agency. B.P.A has expanded the Agency to New York / Atlanta and are working on expanding its services to represent more ethnic talent worldwide and to create diversity in the entertainment industry
