Francesco Alessandro Bulca is a Romanian film actor and surgery doctor .He was born in Bucuresti, Romania. He is the son of the famous actress Ioana Bulca.He graduated from Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy Bucuresti.In 1971, he plays first role in the movie Serata .Known for work in films Asta-seara dansam in familie (1972).
