Elizabeth Rizzo joined All Vegas TV as an on-camera Reporter. After proving herself by setting up interviews, researching, and proposing segments, she was quickly promoted to Senior Reporter and Vice President of Programming. Elizabeth has interviewed everyone in Las Vegas from a showgirl she caught between shows backstage to Wolfgang Puck (and scooped every other reporter by getting the very first interview with Mr. Puck during the grand re-opening of Spago.) What sets her apart from other "Entertainment"-style reporters is her integrity, news judgment, and research which is why she transfers over to a more classic news style so easily. Elizabeth has done stories on Las Vegas real estate, authors, and McCarran Airport, and is known for completing her interviews and news segments in one take. She is known for pitching in and helping the team with any and all work. Elizabeth also writes show and restaurant reviews and lifestyle pieces for two Las Vegas periodicals and is a film critic for two media outlets. Growing up with sound Midwestern roots, Elizabeth started in theater, then studied Broadcast Journalism in college where she anchored television newscasts and read the news on the radio, while learning the production side. A She then moved to Los Angeles for film and television, and honed her craft in three professional improv troupes. She won the "Potty Award" for her lightening-quick wit, and beat Ben Stein on an untelevised run-through of his own game show. On her very first try at voiceover work, Elizabeth was cast by Walt Disney Animation as the lead voice for its pilot of "Super Cooper." Most recently, Elizabeth shares the microphone in Burbank with co-hosts Matt and Shian on the internet radio show Anarchy X and was recently appointed Host of Las Vegas Internet Television. She also co-hosts the sports and entertainment radio show "The Wyld and Blackjack Show" live from Las Vegas. A licensed pilot, Elizabeth holds multi-engine and instrument ratings and has flown, as pilot-in-command, over a dozen types of aircraft. She is an active member of a pilot association that performs formation flight in air shows around the country. Not one to stay still, she has completed two marathons and studies Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with the distinction of being the sole female in the entire school...so watch out, guys! Elizabeth spends what is left of her spare time reading non-fiction, swing dancing, eating carnival food, going to theme parks, traveling anywhere they won't kick her out of, attending film festivals, writing song parodies, and volunteering for an animal rescue organization. Elizabeth splits her time between Las Vegas and Los Angeles and shares her apartment with her collection of old movie musicals and silly gray-and-white pet bunny rabbit, "Psycho," whom she loves to bribe for bunny kisses.
