Jeff Wayne has been known in the entertainment industry as "Big Daddy" ever since comedians Robin Williams and Billy Crystal introduced him by that nickname on HBO's Comic Relief. The moniker was earned as a result of his critically acclaimed one-man show he wrote and starred in, "Big Daddy's Barbeque." He has toured the country with the show, performing it over 1,000 times and counting. A native of Kentucky, "Big Daddy" made his mark at the world famous Comedy Store in Los Angeles, and has since appeared all over the world in concerts, clubs, casinos, and cruise ships. Jeff has starred on all the major stand-up comedy shows on television including HBO, Showtime, NBC, ABC, A&E, and even the CBC and BBC. Jeff "Big Daddy" Wayne is now one of the most listened to comedians on XM/Sirius radio, Raw Dog, Pandora's Box, and Slacker. These are just some of the many outlets where one can hear cuts from his six nationally released CD's that are regularly featured. He is now working on his seventh album, which will be entitled, "A Troubled Man for Troubled Times." Wayne is the father of three, and makes his home in what he calls that "big plastic taco out west, Los Angeles." He collects showbiz memorabilia and plays a good game of bad golf.
