Krister Johnson is an Emmy Award-winning comedy writer, producer and performer living in Los Angeles. His writing and producing credits include "Wet Hot American Summer" (Netflix), "Another Period" (Comedy Central) and "I'm Sorry" (TruTV). In 2016, he won an Emmy for his work as a writer and Co-Executive Producer on "Childrens Hospital" (Adult Swim). Krister was a contributing joke writer for Saturday Night Live's "Weekend Update" for nine seasons. As an actor, Krister has appeared in "Wet Hot American Summer: Ten Years Later" (Netflix), "A Futile and Stupid Gesture" (Netflix) and "Search Party" (TBS). Krister is one half of the satirical Christian acoustic duo God's Pottery, who were finalists on NBC's "Last Comic Standing." Their book "What Would God's Pottery Do: The Ultimate Guide to Surviving Your Teens and/or Being Successful" is available from Random House.
