Sonny Louis was born in Graz, Austria during the early eighties, son to the famous Austrian Archaeologist and writer Dr Lothar Wanke. At the tender age of five, he moved with his family to West London, England. Growing up with two older brothers he was always watching Action and Kung Fu movies. His heroes include Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan and his fellow countryman and biggest inspiration Arnold Schwarzenegger. It was during these early years that he started training in Martial arts with his brothers at the local Korean Karate School under Daljit Sohal who trained under Grand Master Roger Koo. Sonny developed a huge love of martial arts and when he left high school he knew he wanted to work in action movies. Sonny's first big break came with the role of a League of Shadows Warrior in Batman Begins. This was the experience he had always dreamt about and Sonny began training to pursue a career as a Stuntman. After years of intense training he successfully qualified for the British Stunt Register in April 2015. Some of his stunt credits include Fast & Furious 6, Justice League and Game of Thrones. Recently Sonny has branched further into acting and co-produced a multi-award winning martial arts short film 'Express Delivery' which has won a staggering 33 international film festival awards and 15 nominations in addition. Sonny has personally won 3 best supporting actor awards and 1 nomination for his role in 'Express Delivery'. Sonny is working towards honing his craft and pursuing his dream of becoming an Action Actor.
