Born in the San Joaquin Valley and moved to The Redwoods of Southern Oregon when he was young. Raised in the coastal forest - the outdoors were a source of constant inspiration; during college at George Fox University, he held exotic jobs which included measuring Douglas Firs for the US Forest Service, and harvesting red salmon as a Commercial Fisherman in Bristol Bay, AK. Micah studied Visual Arts (Minor, President / Creator of Art Club), Performing Arts (Acting, Classical Vocal Training, Dance) and Business (Major), and graduated cum laude. In '06 Micah began acting in a variety of projects in Portland; in '07 he began screen writing his first feature, and in '10 he animated and directed his first short film. He now lives in Los Angeles.
