Jorge Ligarde

Born Jorge Salvador Sydney Lopez Lira Herbert in Guanajuato, Mexico, this tall and handsome man turned out to be a family member of famous Mexican actor Sebastian Ligarde. Jorge ventured into acting as an adult, though he already had a career as a certified lawyer. He studied neutralization of accents in Mexico. He is now preparing to give classes of "accent neutralization" which has become a requisite for any Spanish speaking actor who wishes to work in telenovelas. His latest movie "El Lado Oscuro" (2009) is set to debut in Mexico and USA later in 2010. He has also worked for Venevision Productions in the telenovela "Mi Vida Eres Tu" directed by Maria Eugenia Perera in 2008.
