Cassandra Han

Cassandra has been working in film, television and theater production for more than 30 years. From 1990 to 2004 she worked in New York as a casting director and producer. Having lived in Europe for the last 15 years, she now focuses on Italian and German-language art-house projects. For larger productions, she specializes in casting English-language roles locally in Europe as well as Italian and German roles in the United States. She has cast for Terrence Malick, James Mangold, Til Schweiger and Giuseppe Tornatore, among others. In the early 1990s Cassandra worked for the Broadway producer Richard Frankel. She spent three seasons at the Tony Award-winning La Jolla Playhouse and two seasons at the Opera Company of Philadelphia. Cassandra holds a M.F.A. from Trinity Repertory Conservatory in Providence and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a founding member of Women in Film, Television and Media - Italia in Rome.
